We offer refund / exchange within the 7 days of your delivery of products after that you are not eligible to return or exchange the product.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete of your return / exchange , we require proof of purchase receipt and video footage for cross verify.
- Only regular priced items will return / exchange.
- Sales item will not eligible for return or exchange.
- No Cancellation allowed to customer once order has been processed. (Only Return / Exchange)
Exchanges
We only exchange / replace items if they are defective / damaged and subject to product stock availability.
Refunds / Exchanges are granted
Once your return is received we will notify you by email provided by you at the time of purchase, after that we will inspected and found all in order your refund / exchanges will process, It will take approx. 15 – 30 days.
Shipping Fee
- Return / Exchange product must be sent to the contact us address.
- You will be responsible for paying return shipping cost of returning items.
- Shipping cost are non refundable ! if you receive a refund the cost of return shipping also will be deducted from your refund.
